These terms govern your use of GoMatic services. By booking a demo or purchasing a GoMatic plan, you agree to these terms.
GoMatic provides done-for-you automation services for independent auto repair shops. This includes missed-call text-back, lead follow-up sequences, appointment booking and reminders, reviews automation, and customer reactivation campaigns. The service is built on and delivered through GoHighLevel. GoMatic handles setup, configuration, and ongoing management of the system on your behalf.
A one-time setup fee between $200 and $500 is charged at the start of the engagement. This fee covers the cost of building, configuring, and testing your automation system. The exact amount is agreed upon before any work begins. Setup typically takes approximately one week from the time all required information is provided by the client.
After setup is complete, a recurring monthly fee is charged based on your selected plan. Month-to-month billing applies. There are no long-term contracts and no minimum commitment beyond the current billing period.
You may cancel at any time by contacting avery.rogina@gmail.com. If you cancel after setup has begun but before the system goes live, you are responsible for the setup fee only. No monthly fee will be charged. If you cancel after the system is live, you will be charged for the current month in full. You will continue to receive full service through the end of that billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a paid month.
You are responsible for providing accurate information about your shop during onboarding, ensuring you have the right to send automated messages to the contacts in your customer database, complying with all applicable laws regarding SMS marketing and customer communication, and notifying GoMatic of any changes that may affect the system such as a new phone number or scheduling software.
GoMatic is operated by an individual and is not a registered business entity. Results from using the service vary by shop and are not guaranteed. GoMatic is not liable for any lost revenue, missed opportunities, or damages arising from use or inability to use the service. The maximum liability in any case is limited to the amount paid in the most recent billing month.
GoMatic operates in compliance with A2P 10DLC regulations. All SMS campaigns are registered and follow TCPA guidelines. Clients are responsible for ensuring their customer lists consist of contacts who have a prior business relationship with their shop.
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated by email.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes will be handled in McHenry County, Illinois.
