When you fill out a form on this website or book a demo, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, and business name. If you become a GoMatic client, we may also collect information about your shop including your existing customer database for the purpose of running automation campaigns on your behalf.
We use your information to contact you about GoMatic services, set up and manage your automation system, send automated SMS messages to your leads and customers on your behalf, and respond to your questions and requests. We do not sell your information to any third party. We do not share your information with anyone outside of the tools required to deliver the service.
GoMatic sends automated SMS messages on behalf of clients to their leads and customers as part of the service. GoMatic is A2P 10DLC registered and compliant with all applicable SMS regulations. Message frequency varies based on lead activity. Message and data rates may apply. Recipients can reply STOP at any time to opt out of messages.
Client and lead data is stored within GoHighLevel, the platform GoMatic is built on. GoHighLevel maintains its own security and privacy standards. We take reasonable precautions to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.
You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, request that we correct or delete your information, and opt out of any communications at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email avery.rogina@gmail.com.
This website does not use tracking cookies or analytics tools. Basic session functionality may use browser storage but no personal data is tracked across visits.
